Teaching on Purpose Fellowships for Ph.D. Students

Deadline: October 23, 2025 (priority). Students will explore the ethical and character dimensions of engineering through a focused spring-semester learning community.

Deadline: October 24, 2025 (priority). Pursuing Purpose is a fellowship program that allows Duke undergraduates to develop their purpose through a seminar taken in the spring that connects to an internship or substantial work experience over the summer.

Deadline: October 30, 2025. Open to all first, second and third-year Duke undergraduates, DukeEngage’s central program is an eight-week, immersive summer experience involving full-time volunteer work, community engagement and daily reflection.
