Propose a Graduate Working Group at the Franklin Humanities Institute

Deadline: May 22, 2026. The IMPACT Climate & Health fellowships are two-year awards available to early‑stage Ph.D. students (rising 2nd or 3rd year). Ph.D. students applying for a fellowship must also enroll in the IMPACT certificate program.

Deadlines: May 15, 2026 (Summer Term 1) and July 1, 2026 (Summer Term 2). The Duke Graduate Academy offers free online short courses that help emerging scholars prepare for high-level research, innovative teaching, leadership and/or public engagement.

Deadline: March 27, 2026. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply. The purpose of these grants is to strengthen research experience for students interested in developing, studying, implementing and working in human rights.
