Information Science & Engineering for the Public Sector (ISEPS) Fellowships Available

We are currently accepting applications for the Information Science & Engineering for the Public Sector (ISEPS) certificate and fellowship programs.

The ISEPS certificate is open to all graduate and professional students at any stage.

The ISEPS fellowships are full‑year awards available to early‑stage Ph.D. students (recently admitted, 1st year, or 2nd year). Ph.D. students applying for a fellowship must also enroll in the ISEPS certificate program.

Fellowship applications are accepted through May 4, 2026.
