Human Rights Research Grants Available for Summer

Deadline: April 10, 2026. The prize honors the best essay/paper or alternative project prepared by an undergraduate for the academic year. The Duke Human Rights Center at the FHI awards one $500 prize to the winner or winners in each category.

Deadline: December 8, 2025. This internship at the independent Durham nonprofit Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice is intended for Duke undergraduate and master’s students.

Deadline: January 20, 2026. The fellowship will run for eight weeks, from May 18 through July 10, with the middle four weeks designated for onsite research in Birmingham, U.K.
